Some important things you have to know about the search process.
Once you opened your family album…once you heard interesting information about your ancestors…you think “I wish to know more about my Family history” - by nature we all are curious persons, and after we choose the way “how to search” – we start our search process to know more. The connection with our relatives, old friends, people that we known earlier.
Very often the connection with relatives was lost because of the conflicts (tangle)… This moment makes the search process more difficult, because the third persons could be relevant to the conflict and sometimes could hinder the search process. And often merciless time changes people ... Sometimes it is hard to know about the results of your search process, but this is not a reason to refuse this idea. So, if you decide to find someone the connection with whom you lost – you must be sincere and honest, prepared to the different situations and reactions you could receive. And our team is always ready to help and support you in your search process. We understand all aspects and subtleties, can give you an advice or coordinate you to find the right way to achieve your goal.
