How many of these digestive symptoms have you just learned to live with? 👀

Maybe you’ve been told it’s just stress. Maybe you’ve cut out half the foods you love. Or maybe you’ve been dealing with constipation, bloating, or reflux for so long that you barely think twice about it.

Here’s what I want you to understand:

Your digestive system is foundational to your overall health.

It’s not just about what you’re eating. It’s about how your body breaks down food, absorbs nutrients, moves waste through your system, and communicates with the rest of your body.

And when something isn’t functioning well, we want to understand WHY.

Because adding another supplement or eliminating another food isn’t always the answer.

💚 Save this post as a reminder to pay attention to what your gut is telling you.

Which symptom do you think people normalize the most? Tell me below! 👇

I’ve worked with women in their 20s all the way into their 70s, and one thing I’ve learned over and over again:

The earlier you start paying attention to your health, the better.

Not because it’s ever “too late.” It absolutely isn’t.

But when symptoms have been building for 10, 20, or 30 years, there are often more layers to work through.

Your body usually gives you signs along the way.

The bloating.
The constipation.
The fatigue.
The brain fog.
The worsening PMS.
The blood sugar changes.
The weight gain that doesn’t make sense.
The loss of strength and muscle.
The feeling that you just don’t feel like yourself anymore.

You don’t have to wait until those whispers become screams.

This is why I’m so passionate about teaching women how to understand and support their bodies before they get to that point.

Because I don’t just want you feeling better right now.

I want you strong, energized, metabolically healthy, and confident in how to care for yourself in your 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond.

Nourish + Thrive Foundations starts October 12th, and because this is the very first round, I’m offering $200 off enrollment.

If you know it’s time to stop putting your health on the back burner, DM me FOUNDATIONS and I’ll send you the details. 🤍

What if taking care of your health wasn’t about vanity or selfishness—but stewardship?

I was thinking about this during my devotional today.

Your body is the vessel God gave you to live out the life He has called you to.

To serve.
To love people well.
To raise your family.
To do meaningful work.
To use your gifts.
To show up for the people God has placed in your life.

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit…? Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
— 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

I think our intention matters.

There’s a difference between being consumed with how your body looks and choosing to care for your body because you recognize it as a gift.

Eating nourishing food so you have energy to serve.

Building strength so your body can carry you through the life God has given you.

Resting when you need rest.

Moving your body because you’re grateful you get to.

Supporting your gut, hormones, metabolism, and nervous system so you have the energy and capacity to show up well.

Your body was never meant to become your idol.

But it also wasn’t meant to be neglected.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to come from restriction, punishment, obsession, or a desire to look a certain way.

It can come from gratitude.

It can come from stewardship.

It can come from a desire to be strong, healthy, and present for the people you love and the purpose God has for your life.

Take care of the vessel so you can keep saying yes to what God is calling you to. 🤍

And if you’re ready to learn how to nourish and support your body in a way that feels sustainable and actually fits your life, that’s exactly the kind of work we do together in Nourish + Thrive.

Send me “THRIVE” if you’d like to learn more. 🤍

Best compliment there is. 🤍🥹

“You make the world a better place.”

Surround yourself with people who make the world a better place just by being who they are.

And the best part is, I feel the exact same way about the friend who gave this to me. 🤍 Annemarie Stone Rice
