In my completely biased opinion, PropertyShark is one of the most valuable tools available to real estate pros. In times like this - when you have to work a little harder to get deals, this website is 'ol reliable for new ways to generate business.

Charter has partnered with the NY East chapter of AREAA and to deliver a CE class where you will learn how to keep yourself and the properties you represent SAFE.
We'll also have a krav maga instructor on-hand to teach participants some tactics to help defend themselves should the need arise.

Looking forward to a great event this week, while also looking back on our installation dinner.
We had the honor of being sworn in by newly elected Queens Civil Court Judge, Nestor Diaz. Fittingly, Diaz is the first Dominican man elected to the Civil Court bench in Queens, and is also a past president of the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County.
It was a great time coming together as a Board of Directors for 2021 and working on new ways to bring value to our industry and the greater community. We're excited for you to join us on Thursday at 11!
