I'm so proud to be running for Honorary Mayor of Brandon, promoting Center Place, Brandon Foundation Angel Program and Bloomingdale Academic Foundation.
The tradition of the Honorary Mayor's Race of Brandon began in 1959 with Nat Storms winning the election with his catchy slogan, "A pork chop in every pan". Through the years, many have accepted the honor of being Mayor of Brandon, by feverishly working from June 1 - July 3 to raise money for the charities they have chosen. I was thrilled to present The Revolution Ice Cream with their Proclamation yesterday! March 6 will now be The Revolution Ice Cream Day in Brandon!! This is one of the coolest hidden gems in Brandon, and they do soooo much to give back to our community!! If you haven't tried them yet, go check them out!! 220 W Brandon Blvd :)

What an amazing morning! We all know Metropolitan Ministries, but if you've never volunteered during the holidays, you're truly missing out! They are in great need of gifts for teens.. Boys and girls. If you have any clothes with tags still on them, or new makeup, perfume, lotions, sports swag, etc. .. These would be perfect items to donate! If you aren't able to deliver them yourself, please message me and I will make arrangements to get them from you :)

Thank you to everyone who donated blankets for the needy families of the Hillsborough County School District!! We ended up with 7 bags=almost 50 blankets!!

I had a great time with The Brandon Homemakers yesterday! Thank you for inviting me to come speak to your group ... These ladies were a hoot!! I especially enjoyed the Judge Judy reenactment!
