Building Strong Foundations for Your Children

This free 10-week online group will help Moms better understand the foundations underneath their child’s behavior, development, communication, learning, and growth—with Christ at the center.

Want a healthy, challenging way to help your Middle School and High School sons grow physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger?

Sense Able Academy is offering FREE Introductory Wrestling Basics Classes this July.

These classes are designed to help boys experience the benefits of building strength, discipline, confidence, self-control, focus, and resilience through wrestling fundamentals, character development, and faith-based mentorship.

These free intro classes are a great opportunity for boys to try wrestling, meet Coach James, and see if the school-year Wrestling Basics class may be a good fit.

Middle School Intro Class: July 24 at 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
High School Intro Class: July 31 at 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
