1am a certified yoga teacher focused on therapy, with 1000+hours of teaching experience. I have experience teaching at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, working with elderly, military veterans with PTSD, and people suffering mental illness.
Your first group class is free!
Additional group classes are $13
per person, private classes are also offered upon request.
Classes are held online using
Zoom. In-person classes are available for parties of 5+.
