Today can mean many different things to different people. Celebrating moms, mother figures, foster and adoptive parents, grandparents, caregivers, those grieving children or parents, those longing for children, and anyone who gives nurturing love to others. Wishing gentleness and support to all today.

I’m thrilled to share this new program, designed specifically for caregivers of children ages 6 months to 3 years who are concerned about their child’s feeding. I am so grateful to have been invited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as one of a dozen subject matter experts nationwide to contribute to the program. Please share with any families you know who could benefit from tips and strategies to support their young child’s feeding needs. Lantern Families

I’m leaving Odessa feeling incredibly grateful after presenting two full day courses this week — one focused on pediatric feeding and one on infant feeding. Getting to spend time with therapists who are eager to learn, ask questions, and grow is always the best part of these trainings.
One of the most meaningful pieces of feedback I heard over and over was that the information felt practical and immediately applicable, and that participants walked away feeling more confident in how to evaluate, treat, and support their patients and families. That’s always the goal!! Not just more information, but more confidence and clarity so that we can support our patients.
I’m thankful for the opportunity to be able to share my passion for PFD education and very thankful for the clinicians who showed up ready to learn and serve their patients well. is doing amazing work and now able to provide evidence-based care for those with pediatric feeding disorder in their community!
