The Official Crestview Elementary - Frenship ISD Page

Frenship ISD was established in 1935 when four rural communities - Wolfforth, Carlisle, Hurlwood, and Foster - joined together to better serve their students as one district. For nearly 90 years, Frenship has remained a community-centered district, rooted in pride and tradition since the first graduation class of 1936.

🚧 Heritage Middle School Track & Field Closure Notice 🚧

As part of the 2024 Bond projects, all Frenship ISD middle schools will receive upgraded turf fields designed to improve athletic facilities while being more cost-effective and easier to maintain.

Beginning next week, Heritage Middle School’s track and field will close as construction begins on the new turf football field. Because the facility is widely used by Frenship families and the surrounding community, it will remain closed throughout the summer to ensure safety during installation.

We appreciate your patience and support as these exciting improvements continue across Frenship ISD!

Our 1st graders enjoyed dressing up as their favorite book characters to celebrate reading hundreds of books this year! 📖💛
Teachers joined the fun as Fancy Nancy characters, and students shared their books with the class to encourage others to read them too. Such a joyful celebration of reading!

What an awesome week in 2nd grade! 🎉
Students wrapped up their financial literacy unit with a Transportation Parade. They earned Tiger Bucks, built their own cars, and used them to “drive” into the movie and concession stand. Such a creative way to teach earning, spending, and saving!

🐞🌿 Our 3rd grade students have loved learning about life cycles and ecosystems by raising ladybugs in the classroom the last few weeks!
☀️This week, students celebrated their hard work by releasing the ladybugs into our outdoor environment. This hands-on experience helped students better understand how living organisms grow, change, and interact with their habitats. 🌎🐞Great job, 3rd grade scientists! ❤️🐞

Frenship Memorial High School CTE students are finishing their inaugural year by making a lasting impact across the district! Interior design and construction technology students teamed up to design, build, and decorate handmade dollhouses for several Frenship elementary pre-k classrooms. 🏡🖌️🛠️

This collaborative CTE project gave students real-world experience working together across disciplines while creating something meaningful for younger learners. The dollhouses will now serve as hands-on tools that encourage imagination, storytelling, creativity, and play in elementary classrooms for years to come. ✨🤩
