We're dusting the cobwebs off our tents because we have our first few outdoor events of the year this weekend!
We'll be announcing our summer schedule and introducing you to our summer markets soon, but first you should know about these awesome events in the next two weeks.
This Saturday we'll be at the Hudson Spring Market and the Annual Spring Fest at Spicket River Brewery.
On Patriots Day we'll be where the shot heard around the world was, Lexington, at the Craft Food Hall Patriot's Day Fair.
The following week is the for chiliheads. Craic Sauce and Craft Hot Sauce is hosting our first in-person BYOHS on Wednesday April 26th. Join us in person for a taste and tell experience. More info in our bio!
And then to cap off April, we'll be repping Lowell and the Merrimack Valley at the Boston Hot Sauce Fest!

Where the bottle meets the land.
Brian Boru was a legendary Irish Highland King and was regarded as one of the most successful and unifying monarchs in medieval Ireland.
Descendants of his O'Brien clan actually built a watch tower built in 1835 that sits at the highest point of the Cliffs of Moher.
If Brian Boru was around today, I'm confident he would enjoy curry chips with a heavy pour of his sauce after a long trek in the burren as much as I did.

Craic is an Irish word for good times and enjoying your present company.
It's been the guiding light for us since we started five years ago, and we are looking for people who embody it to join the Craic Crew.
We are growing our market presence, our production capacity, and our farming operations. As a smaller company, we have flexibility in scheduling, so job availability can range from 6 hours per week to 30. We are especially looking for weekend hours and work through the entire pepper season until late October.

F**k it, let's do a Paddy's Day sale!
To mark our five year anniversary, we're moving to 2018 prices for the rest of the weekend with online sales. $7 per bottle for our core four sauces!
These pictures were from our grand release party on March 17, 2018 when we sold our first bottles. My Uncle Paul served up his Guinness braised corned beef and cabbage tacos and great craic was had!

Made in Lowell, Craic Sauce is now available for students at halls.
Many of our peppers started in the Rist Institute] greenhouse, then are cooked up in downtown Lowell and then are delivered by hand across that street.
It doesn't get any more local than that!

While there's a snowday at UMass Lowell today, students still need to eat the heat!
UMass students, come by Fox Dining Hall today 5-7 to sample our whole lineup and grab complimentary stickers. We'll also be at the atrium for the Rist Institute] UML Farmers Market on Wednesday 2-4

Saturday 1:30 - 3:30 (after UML takes down UVM for the AE championship) - Brian will be doing a Craic Sauce tasting next to Irish Whiskeys at Duck Soup
Sunday 10-1 - Steve at Farm Lowell at Mill No 5
Sunday 11-1 - Matt and Brian at Clover Row (Assembly Row) sampling on fresh hummus and pita
Sunday 2-4 - Matt and Brian at the Black Rose
