Dear administrator, kindly provide me a copy of your schools policy that states how long and what kind of data that you have collected for the RTI before you transition to an independent education evaluation.

Also include who collects the data in that small group intervention and what kind of data is collected.

And one more thing when can you send me all the data collected already? Including the teachers notes, charted data, assessment or any screening scores that you might have obtained.
