We had a fantastic inaugural middle school cross country even this past weekend at the Lyons Middle School Open at Sylvan Dale Ranch in Loveland. Congrats to our kids on blazing fast new PRs and a great meet!

Why do you run?

Team USA: "I Run Because..." People run for lots of reasons: for the exercise, to clear their heads, to enjoy the outdoors. Or if you are one of those people who don’t like to run, you only do it if someone is chasing you.

Heritage Christian wins 1A state track title The Eagles get redemption after falling just short last season.

WE'RE OFF TO STATE!!! 9 people competing today to start defending our BACK2BACK state titles on the boys side, and attempting to improve on our runner-up finish last year for girls! Let's go Eagles!

Well, it is that time again. PRs!! We had 39 individuals PR in 74 events. Even the coaches set a new PR in the 4x100m relay. This team never ceases to amaze!
