Fear is definitely something I struggle with, I think a lot of people do. I have learned that the best way to deal with fear is to admit it and get it out in the open. I can't face my fear if I won't admit it's even there.

Fear is meant to be useful. It is designed to keep us safe. But in the world we live in today our brains and nervous system have been hijacked by social situations. Fear of rejection, fear of abandonment, fear of what other people think, and fear of failure. All these fears lead back to one thing. The fear of not being LOVED. We all want love and will do whatever it takes to hold onto that love.

Once I recognize that I'm not going to die and I'm not going to lose the love of the people that really matter it makes it easier to push through the fear!

That thing you want is on the other side of fear. F**k the fear and go for it!!!
