Thank you, for an awesome Summer Market! It was SO good to be back! I started a new full-time job back in January, and a lot of my energy has gone towards learning that new gig (and I’m loving it and my new team!!). That said, I’ve had to focus most of my energy on that and the usual mom-ing. Because of that refocus of energy, this ended up being my first show of 2026, and it felt great to be back in my 10 x 10 again, meeting amazing folks and seeing familiar faces! Bloomington Handmade Market is one of the best shows out there, run by crafters and artists who have created exactly the kind of show that artists and artisans would want, with tons of care and consideration not just for the customers, but for the participants, too, and that means a so, so much. is also a very special place, a creative, intellectual, and down-to-earth mecca tucked in the rolling, forested hills of Indiana not far from Indianapolis.
