If you’re new here, hi! 👋🏻 I’m Christi.

I’m a website designer, copywriter, and marketing strategist, but around here, we talk about a lot more than making things look pretty.

We talk about websites that actually guide people somewhere.

Email marketing that builds relationships and drives sales.

Copy that makes it easy for people to understand what you offer.

Systems that connect all those pieces together.

And strategy that helps you figure out what’s actually worth your time.

This is a BIG part of how I approach business:

🔥 I believe in building a successful business through organization, strategy and systems precisely because I DON’T want to spend my entire life working.

I want the business AND the life outside of it.

I want to do great work for my clients, grow my income, and keep building a business I’m proud of.

But I also want to take the trip. ✈️
Read the book by the pool. 📖
Spend the summer with my kids. ☀️
Adopt two puppies when we only planned on one. 😆
And always save room for dessert. 🍨

Good strategy isn’t about squeezing MORE work into your day.

Good strategy IS about knowing what matters, creating systems that support it, and making all the pieces of your business work better together.

I’ve essentially bought the same pair of shoes for my daughter 7 times. 👟😆

Seven versions of basically the SAME shoe.

Why?

Because it’s easy.

I already know: ✔️ she likes them ✔️ they fit well ✔️ they hold up ✔️ I can wash them ✔️ they survive recess, playgrounds, and everything else she throws at them

When she outgrows a pair, I don’t start researching from scratch. I just buy the next size.

THAT is also what we should be aiming for in our businesses.

Not one-time buyers.

Repeat customers who think:
💭 “That worked well.” 💭 “I trust this person.” 💭 “This solves my problem.” 💭 “I’ll come back when I need the next thing.”

Whether you sell TPT resources, tutoring services, courses, or consultation work… repeat business happens when you make the decision EASY.

Not because you’re the cheapest.

Not because you’re constantly launching something new.

Because you’ve built trust, delivered results, and created an experience people want to repeat.

The best marketing isn’t always finding new customers… it’s giving your current customers a reason to come back.
