This highly-anticipated annual event brings together like-minded non-profit organizations and supportive partners to celebrate diversity in our community. Salsa Soul promotes inclusion amongst different backgrounds, thinking styles, ethnicity and cultures in Louisville.

The aim of this unique event is to provide an inclusive and lively environment for a diverse group of Louisville professionals to network, collaborate, dance and celebrate Diversity and Inclusion within our community. Last year, over 600 diverse professionals gathered for networking, dancing, and exchanging ideas in a lively atmosphere. This event is expected to draw between 800-1000 professionals from all parts of the community.
