Holy Trinity Catholic School 2-Time Blue Ribbon School of Excellence for Pre-K - 8th grade students, with two campuses in Louisville, KY, in the St. Matthews & Clifton neighborhoods.

Clifton Campus serves students with specific learning differences: ht-school.org/clifton-academics. Holy Trinity Parish School is a nationally recognized Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the U.S. Department of Education. As a Catholic school it serves boys and girls of all faiths, races, and national backgrounds from Pre-K through the eighth grade. Founded in 1883, Holy Trinity Parish School remains a vital mission of Holy Trinity Parish and a school within the Archdiocese of Louisville. That’s a wrap on September service!

Every grade level at both campuses met with their grade-level service partner for this school year. We heard how they help in our community, what we’ll do to support them, and how our work together helps us live out our Catholic Social Teaching and calls through the Works of Mercy.

Our 7th graders also participated in their annual day of service setting up events and resources at Gilda’s Club, sorting and distributing food at Schuhmann Center, sorting Halloween costumes for children at Golden Arrow, making cards and sorting toiletries for those assisted by Catholic Charities, sorting shoes at Waterstep, assisting with English language classes at Migration and Refugee Services, and playing with children or packing Halloween treat bags at the Catholic Charities daycare.

Thank you to all of our students and families who brought in, sorted, and/or delivered donations to one of our 10 community partners. We appreciate you working with us to serve as the hands and feet of Christ through our service learning program!

A big thank you to Holy Trinity Catholic School! 💚 Our Associate Director of Feeding Programs, Jake Martin, was invited to speak with middle school students through the school's Service Learning Partnership.

Jake shared about our mission and the increasing need for food assistance in our community. Holy Trinity students also kicked off a food drive for those we serve at our Food Pantry 💙

This weekend, we celebrated the annual tradition of the Backpack Blessing at all Masses. It is such a special way for our students to receive a blessing at the beginning of a new school year.
