Ready to take the next step in your pitcher’s development? 💪🏼

I’m opening 8 new pitcher evaluation spots for October at KB Pitching!

An evaluation gives us dedicated time to assess your pitcher’s mechanics, identify her strengths and areas for improvement, and discuss her goals. It’s the starting point for focused, individualized instruction built around what she needs.

View the available dates and times above, and message me to reserve your spot! 💙

Late break starts with what happens before release.

With her curveball, the goal is not to manipulate the ball early or change the entire delivery just to create movement.

We want the same aggressive intent, clean sequencing, and efficient energy transfer through the kinetic chain.

When the lower half, trunk, and arm sequence well, she can maintain arm speed into release instead of slowing down or getting tight to “make” the pitch move.

That matters because better sequencing allows her to create a stronger spin profile at release.

Higher-quality spin + consistent release timing = a pitch that holds its line longer and breaks later.

That late break is what makes the pitch harder to read and harder to adjust to.

So the focus is not just “make the curve move.”

It is:

Sequence efficiently.
Maintain arm speed.
Create clean spin.
Let the movement happen late.

The better the body organizes the pitch, the less she has to force it.

Dial in the details. Raise the standard.

Can you tell what pitch she’s throwing? 👀

It’s taken a month+ of work, but we are FINALLY HERE. 🥹

The new KB Pitching space is officially coming together, and seeing it all take shape feels so surreal. It’s not completely finished yet, but I’m already SO proud of it and even more excited for my girls to have a space that feels like theirs — a place to work, grow, compete, build confidence, and keep raising the standard. 💪🏼

Huge shoutout to my village. I couldn’t have accomplished this without them!

There are still a few finishing touches to go, but I couldn’t wait any longer to share it.

Welcome to the new home of KB Pitching. 💙💛

‼️ EVALUATION SPOTS ARE NOW OPEN ‼️

I have 9 evaluation spots available for new pitchers between now and the end of September!

An evaluation is a great fit for pitchers who are:

💛 Looking for a new pitching instructor
💙 Wanting a second set of eyes on their mechanics (motor preferences).
💛 Feeling stuck and ready for a fresh perspective
💙 Wanting to identify specific areas for improvement
💛 Interested in seeing if KB Pitching is the right fit

During the evaluation, I’ll get to know your pitcher, use video to break down where she is currently, talk through her goals, and give clear/honest feedback on what we can work on moving forward.

If KB Pitching has been on your radar, this is a great time to come in and see what we’re all about!

💬 DM me if you’d like one of the 9 spots and I’ll send you the scheduling link.
