Happy 87th Birthday to my father today!

Many of you know my father and how he is one of the most loving, supportive, altruistic and witty men in this world.

He raised my four sisters, three brothers and I when my mother died in 1981. He talks with all eight of us every day, and is most certainly full of rich wisdom.

He still goes to work every day, and will tell you to "have purpose in life and to keep moving forward." I believe that my father is an inspiration to all.
..and he chuckles at how the entire world celebrates with him today.

Happy Birthday, Dad...and many, many more!

We took 1st Place - People's Choice Champion(s)!

I'm so proud of my nephew, Chris Wertman and professional dance instructor, Caley Alyce Lacey for their phenomenal performance at the 2025 Dancing with the Capital Region Stars this past Saturday. Bravo! Bravo!

They worked so hard over the past month after I had to pull out due to a back injury.

Many thanks to EVERYONE who supported our cause. With your help, we raised over $4K for Get Your Rack Back, and the funds will go towards helping cancer patients living in the 518.

Gina Sainato Tronco, Elaina Sainato Renda and their DWTCRS team, did another fantastic job with this yearly event.

The entire evening was full of good energy, and all who were involved made a positive impact on causes near and dear to their heart. Over $185K was raised for various 518 charities.

I was recently hired for another one of my motivational talks. This time, by my 40-year friend, Nick Brooks, and his ever-growing company, Meerkat Pest Control.

Nick has grown his business to over 100 employees and is now in multiple states.

It was a fun morning with good people, and I wish Nick and his company many more years of success!

I'm pictured here with LilyAnne Wickham. She's the 2025 recipient of, 'The Knock, Knock. Who's There?' arts scholarship, that I established at my alma mater HS, Colonie Central High School eight years ago. She's a nice young lady who'll be attending Russell Sage College in the fall. Go LilyAnne!
..LilyAnne comes from a talented and artistic family. Her brother, Delaney, won my scholarship last year.

Happy Father's Day to all you dads out there!

A special wish of happiness to my father. This man raised me, my three brothers and four sisters after my mother died in 1981.

He never remarried, drank alcohol, smoked, yelled, raised a hand to us, and he continues to support all of our endeavors.

I (we) are truly blessed to have such a great man not only as our father, but also as a great teacher full of wisdom and humor.

Want to know what keeps our perfectly imperfect family close? Our father talks to ALL of us kids every single day. That's love, friends. And we wouldn't have it any other way.

I'm excited and honored to announce that I'm being inducted into my alma mater high school's Hall of Fame!

My induction is based on my professional contributions to the Arts and Entertainment world, and also my positive commitment to community service within the 518 and beyond.

I learned a few months ago that I was nominated by friend and fellow classmate, Mike Keane, of this notable distinction.

Thank you to everyone at the South Colonie Central School District for their support over the years. I'm truly thankful and humbled.

The ceremony will be held at the MVP Arena in Albany, New York on Friday, June 21st at 3pm. The ceremony will be live-streamed, and I'll be giving a brief speech.

I recently emceed the 6th annual Equine Expo The Charlton School located in Burnt Hills / Ballston Spa, New York.

My friend, Jess Knapp (pictured w/ me and 'Midnight'), directs the equine therapy portion at the school. She does an outstanding job with the students, and her passion is out of this world.

Alex Capo (Executive Director at the school) and all of his staff, treated me with such kind hospitality, and we all had lots of laughs. I'm already looking forward to next year's expo!

Happy Mother's Day to my sisters Sandra, Sheryl, Sharon and Jacqueline!

After our mother died in 1981, they stepped up and took on the role of a mother as teenagers. I'm so thankful for their love, guidance, candor, sense of humor, support and wisdom.

I love them so much, and they deserve everything good in this world. ❤
