- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs π
- 1/4 cup milk π₯
- 1 small onion, minced π§

Instructions:

4 cups beef broth

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
8 egg whites

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup bourbon (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease three 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg whites one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 20β25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the layers cool completely.
To make the filling, combine the egg yolks, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the pecans, raisins, coconut, bourbon, and vanilla. Let cool.
