In my day job, I lead global real estate legal for Disney. I’ve built my career through relationships, people who opened doors and saw something in me. That’s why MOSTe matters. It creates those moments for someone else.
I first got involved MOSTe in 2018, after a friend invited me to support a career development workshop. It immediately resonated. I’m the daughter of immigrants, the first on both sides of my family to be born in the U.S. Growing up, I was the interpreter, the voice, navigating spaces my parents couldn’t. When I met the girls at MOSTe, I saw that same weight and that same strength. Our backgrounds weren’t identical, but the feeling was. And that’s why I got involved with MOSTe because every young person deserves someone who sees them, opens a door, and reminds them what’s possible.”
