Bună! Sunt Raluca Popescu, trainer de Ta**ra în Miami și vreau să împărtășesc cu tine o situație mai delicată cu care m-am confruntat în relația de cuplu în urmă cu ceva timp.

„Cu toate că ne iubim foarte mult, petrecem mult timp împreună și ne îngrijim de relație, totuși simțeam că există un spațiu între inimile noastre.

Aveam sentimentul că nu mă pot conecta sufletește, suficient de profund cu iubitul meu.

Era ca și cm eram aproape, dar totuși departe, și simțeam nevoia să fim mult mai intimi afectiv.

Din fericire, inspirația nu s-a lăsat așteptată prea mult și am realizat că iubitul meu nu își exprima suficient de mult afecțiunea prin atingere.

Eram nemulțumită că nu mă îmbrățișa, nu mă mângâia suficient de des, sau o făcea mereu jumătate absent, cu gândul în altă parte.

Ceea ce îmi lipsea de fapt era chiar tandrețea.

L-am întrebat de ce este atât de reținut în această direcție și am descoperit că el nu știa că tandrețea e atât de importantă pentru o femeie.

Mai mult decât atât, mi-a spus că mereu s-a simțit nesigur pe el atunci când a fost vorba să atingă o femeie.”

Sunt sigură că mulți bărbați se confruntă cu această situație și vă mărturisesc că soluția este la îndemână - la propriu!

1. Cunoașterea zonelor erogene ale femeii este primul pas. Odată ce știi unde, cm și cât să atingi o femeie, ea se va deschide precum o floare în brațele tale. Iar tu vei fi mult mai sigur pe tine atunci când o atingi.

2. Empatia - Plăcerea femeii iubite nu este un efort pentru care bărbatul muncește, ci un cadou de care vă puteți bucura împreună. Prin empatie poți trăi și tu fericirea ei și astfel intimitatea crește enorm.

3. Învață să te lași mângâiat - pentru a înțelege cm să oferi tandrețe, și tu ai nevoie să o cunoști și să o savurezi în intimitate cu iubita ta.
