This is the highest honor bestowed by the RLI. congratulates Richard Morin, Ph.D, FACR for recently becoming the first medical physicist to receive the Leadership Luminary Award from the Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI).

The Leadership Luminary Award recognizes radiologists and other radiology professionals who possess exceptional experience and have demonstrated the highest levels of leadership in the field of Radiology or a related field.

Dr. Morin has been a medical physicist for 34 years and has been with Mayo Clinic for 27 of those years, working collaboratively with the Florida medical staff in Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Radiology and Radiation Safety. This award honors his overall portfolio of work over 34 years in the field of Radiology which includes clinical practice, education and research activities.
