Celebrating 40 years of Marshall’s Student Investment Fund (SIF)!

This year, 19 MBA student fund managers oversaw five student-run investment funds — one fixed income, one global equity, and three U.S. equity portfolios — managing approximately $12.9 million in assets as of March 31, 2026.

Their impact goes beyond the markets:
📈 +$1.12M added to the fund’s net asset value
🎓 $210,000 in scholarships funded

Under the leadership of Professor Suh-Pyng Ku, Director of the Center for Investment Studies and longtime SIF instructor, the program continues to set the standard for hands-on, real-world investing education.

The 40th anniversary celebration featured a fireside chat with Marc Stad, Founder and Managing Partner of Dragoneer Investment Group, moderated by Geoffrey Garrett, Dean of the USC Marshall School of Business.

Last night we celebrated the impact of the MBA 2026 Fellows and marked a meaningful leadership transition from Imani Cutler (MLFP 2026 President) to Willow Vogt (MLFP 2027 President). We are so excited to support the next group of Fellows and continue building what makes this community so special.
