Need a tasty, hydrating drink for the summer? Try out this quick & easy cranberry mocktail recipe! 🍹🍒🌞💗

📣 Helpful tip: cranberries contain an ethanol extract and flavonoids with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This helps prevent E. coli and other bacteria from sticking to the lining of your urethra and your bladder, decreasing chances of UTIs.

Just be sure to use pure cranberry juice (no sugar added), to enjoy these health effects! 🙌
