From the field to full-time, meet Martha! ❤️

After being recommended for the coach role by her DOO, Martha jumped in and knew almost instantly she'd found where she was supposed to be. A year later, she transitioned into a Regional Program Manager role.

When asked what she would say to a coach who just applied for a full-time role, Martha had a simple message. Thank you for the work you do every day to support our students. Know that there’s plenty of hands-on training, support, and a team behind you to help you grow along the way.

Sometimes it's a kid joining a group, trying something new, or smiling when they didn't yesterday. That's the work. That's what matters.
