"Freedom comes when you choose to express your whole self without seeking validation."
The more you intentionally SHOW your whole self, the easier it becomes to naturally BE yourself.
Show up unapologetically and step into the full spectrum of who you are.
We are often asked to compartmentalize our lives - our dreams, our fears, our joys, and our sorrows - and tuck them away into the deep recesses of our being. This causes deep resentment within ourselves from the lack of truth and alignment.
When we accept who we are and allow the many facets of ourselves to come through, we will naturally shed the stifling masks we wear.
Speak your mind. Share your thoughts. Decide with your heart. Trust your inner guidance. Be YOU.

It's easy to disregard change when you're comfortable.
But what happens when it's too uncomfortable to stay in the same place when you know you MUST shift?
When you commit to and embrace change, you begin to accept the Universe's invitation to rewrite your life's story.
Each subtle shift, each decision, each turn, is a blank page where you're the author.
You have the power to redefine your path, to create new chapters filled with possibilities, and to begin to listen to the story from within.
Don't fear the rewrites. That's where your narratives truly find meaning and depth.
Let go of old characters, plot lines, and scenes that no longer serve you.
Your story is not written in stone. Your story is constantly unfolding.
When you make a decision to commit to the change within you and around you, you tap into your innate authorship powers to write a new life for yourself.

A “tiny rebellion” is a conscious decision to challenge, resist, or go against societal norms, thoughtforms or blueprints that are no longer aligned with your own values or beliefs.
It’s an act of defiance against anything that you consciously no longer want to incorporate in your life. These are small, personal stands that we take to assert our individuality, authenticity, and integrity.

You're not meant for everyone. Not everyone will understand you, your path, or your calling. Let that be ok and move forward.

What would you create if you didn't care about what others thought?
What would you create if you had the FREEDOM to do what you envisioned inside of your heart?

When you begin to listen to yourself, your Soul, and your inner voice, you may find it hard, at first, to share your thoughts, opinions, and preferences.
If you’ve been taught to always create harmony in your life and relationships, you may have learned to keep quiet about what you truly want or prefer.
It’s been a lifelong practice of mine to undo a lot of my people pleasing tendencies.

How much more would you create if you freed yourself from being bogged down by your own sense of "perfection?"
Creating without pressure and perfection. — indigo scribe | intuitive guidance + coaching
How often do you create and then immediately critiqued yourself? Or excessively edited your content before posting? Perhaps you left a partially crafted project hidden in the closet? We’ve been conditioned to believe that everything we create needs to be “perfect.” How would it feel to creat

As we begin to untether ourselves from the hustle mentality, we start to allow a softness to move in between the gaps of our lives.
We begin to self-regulate our nervous system and become a conduit to our inner voice and wisdom. In those moments of us not forcing ourselves to do something we know does not resonate, we strengthen our own connection to our deepest desires.
We learn to say no to events, places, people and relationships that no longer support our personal growth. We allow ourselves to stop obsessing with FOMO (fear of missing out) and begin to listen to the gentleness of what we truly want. Perhaps you'd rather enjoy a cozy evening, a cup of tea, a walk outside or a much-needed nap.
Learning to undo old blueprints of hustling and FOMO tendencies will allow more room for paying attention to your actual needs.
Be soft to yourself and with this gentleness, comes the strength to flow through life on your terms. You are learning to listen to yourself again, to hear your own voice through the noise of others, and to be true to who you are becoming.

Hello there.
I took a long break from social media and it feels right to be back online.
I went underground to nurture myself, reconnect with my soul work, and gain additional insights through mentorships, trainings, and working with clients.
Part of my work is helping other intuitive and sensitive individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom to lead more balanced and fulfilling lives. I'm here to support the spiritually curious and the spiritually burnt out folks who want to returned to their truest selves. To live in integrity with their own truths and to learn to listen to their soul callings.
Can't wait to connect more.
Much love.

It's the little lies we tell ourselves that erode our own trust in ourselves.
I sometimes shake my wrist to get a "stand" on my Apple Watch because I don't want to miss it. If I'm doing it while I'm sitting down, I'm not being super honest with myself.
And that goes with trying to be all love and light all the time.
That's not true.
Shadow work is equally, if not more, important then light work.
We often fall in love with being the light and we fail to address our shadow selves.
Our journey is much more in alignment when we gather up all the pieces of ourselves.
And acknowledge the truth of ourselves.
Only then can we shift.
Only then can we see the fullness of our wholeness.
