OUR RESPONSE TO PRESIDENT FOLT’S EMAIL‼️
On Friday, December 11, USC President Folt issued a reply to those who had emailed her demanding that USC cease all worker lay offs.
USC’s response clearly demonstrated that they will put profit over the “Trojan Family” .
USC has more the ENOUGH money in their endowment to continue to pay workers and keep providing benefits throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have to continue the pressure until USC MEETS OUR DEMANDS ‼️‼️‼️

CALL TO ACTION: SIGN THE PETITION to STOP Rick Caruso , President Folt and the University of Southern California from Laying Off Workers during a Pandemic and stripping usc working class people of their job security, health insurance , and other benefits like tuition assistance for their children. Because of the origins of policing, DPS cannot be reformed and instead must be defunded then abolished to truly protect Black students and community members. People have been asking why we’re calling to defund DPS if they keep “us” safe. Well we explain why they don’t. They continuously racially profile and harass Black students & community members. They uphold white supremacy which includes the policing of Black folks. DPS also contributes to the over policing of the local South Central community. Defund and Abolish DPS.
