So wonderfully random to bump into in Vancouver on her RAD tour - I had the privilege of teaching for Andrea just before Covid in 2019/20 and wow what a school she had. So lovely to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon catching up on all things ballet and Spain - next time somewhere in magical Spain is on the cards!

Ayomi!!! Your incredible determination and love of this art is so inspiring. Your students should know that their teacher is constantly curious and continuously looking to learn more and explore more in the world of ballet. I know your school will be producing both dancers and teachers of tomorrow!
The beautiful things that a ballet education and training give you #2 …a ballet barre can be done anywhere and anytime and is the BEST personal space for contemplation and meditation - beats yoga completely !!! With soothing classical music and moving your body with muscle memory - a beautiful calm and reassuring space in time is created.
Yes - the black blob under the table is the ballet poodle who loves the classical music too 😀

New hairdo
Decided to start capturing all the positives of ballet and a specialization in it. Yes, there are the negatives that need changing - but let’s celebrate what we get right: #1 an ability to be your own trainer anywhere anytime - a garage, a kitchen - and in any country. My personal personal trainer visited many spaces and places in 2025.
