We keep leading with love, being kind to one another, rising above the negativity (and the heat) we will come out of all of this stronger, more resilient, happier human beings. I remind myself daily of this. I whisper sweet nothings into my own ear - you are right where you are suppose to be, you possess everything you need for this moment in time, you will never arrive but you will achieve. Here’s the thing - we can speak this into the universe all alone, which works for some people... For those of us who need guidance and support, there are incredible humans like this who are leading by example and coaching other to do the same. To say I am excited to start my vision coaching is an understatement! Grateful to have amazing friends doing amazing things. Also, very grateful for my fiancé and this thoughtful gift and for taking this ridiculously rad photo of me 📸: you are simply the best babe.

For a long time I believed I had to do a double or triple workout in order to feel strong and fit. I had a real skewed former athlete mentality: the more time you put in, the heavier you lift, the hard you push yourself, the stronger you’ll be.

I’ve had fun lately becoming a student again - discovering so many things and especially how to listen to my body; to see what type of movement it needs, and when it needs it.

One of my favorite things to do with my clients is to utilize movement to help discover self awareness, body awareness and identify what makes you feel strong and healthy - not just look strong/healthy, but truly feel confident in your own skin.

Being 36 and feeling the strongest, most confident I ever have took serious WORK - but in the wise words of my friend & author it was so Worth It.

So, cheers to you friends - to finding our strong, feeling healthier as while we get older, and aging gracefully no matter where you are starting from.
