You have to release the blame. What has happened to you throughout your life is not your fault. You didn’t deserve the pain a circumstance created or the hurt another human caused. But unfortunately it happened and how you let it affect you, your emotional state and your future is now your responsibility. Once you let go of blaming yourself, blaming someone else or the world for what you have been through - you can start to heal. 💕

How many times have you said “oh, must be nice!” Must be nice to be married to that person, to have those perfect kids, a that high paying job, a body like that, to live in that zip code, or go on vacation all the time...and how has thinking that way improved your life?? It hasn’t. It makes us more miserable and negative by focusing on the things we don’t have... What if instead of becoming jealous we become inspired? What if we use it as fuel to light our own fires as a way to visualize what we want for our own lives and what we know we deserve? Stop comparing your life to what someone else has. Sure, maybe they don’t deserve it but that’s none of your business. And thinking that way won’t help you get it either. Instead, see the things you want in others and say “oh wow, it’s possible!” They are PROOF it’s possible and then believe you’re capable. Just that simple positive shift in attitude will make a huge difference if you stay consistent. ✨💕🙌
