Abs are revealed in the kitchen. But they’re built in the gym.

Yes, nutrition matters. You can’t see your abs through a layer of belly fat, and diet and lifestyle choices are what get that layer off.

But here’s what most women are missing: your abs are a MUSCLE. And muscles don’t grow doing the same thing over and over.

If you’re tacking on the same 10-minute ab burnout after every workout, you’re not building anything. You’re just exhausting a muscle that needed a different stimulus weeks ago.

10K steps may help you lose some fat. But it will not show you the muscle underneath.

The hot girl walk has officially become THE trend. And honestly? I’m all for it. Walking helps with fat loss, blood sugar, stress, sleep, all of it.

But here’s what most women aren’t catching:
You can walk 15K steps a day and still not have a toned belly.
Because a toned belly requires TWO things:

Losing the fat OVER the muscle (this is where walking, food, and lifestyle come in) and..

Building the muscle UNDERNEATH (functional core strength with progressive overload)

Skip #2 and you’ll lose the fat with nothing to show for it.
Walking won’t build muscle. Crunches won’t either. You need targeted, progressive core training.
