Anyone in LA County who does not live in the City of LA is eligible to apply, but https://wwwa.lacda.org/programs/rent-relief-zip-codes is a list of the zip codes that will be targeted to receive 50% of available funding. Those who are currently at 30% of the median income can receive up to $10,000. Those who are currently at 50% of the median income can receive up to $7,500.
