SoCal Spont Day! Let the Spontaneous fun begin!

"2025-2026 SoCal Spont Day Registration"
SoCal Spont Day Registration is now open. Spont Day is an opportunity for teams to practice spontaneous problems. Each team that participates will be assigned a spontaneous problem which they will prepare to facilitate and judge six times. Teams rotate to six different Spont Stations during the event. Please read the important bullet points below so you can make an informed decision as to whether you are interested in participating.

Spont Day is Sunday, December 7th from 9am-12pm, at Wise School, 15500 Stephen S Wise Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90077
We will be able to accommodate 30 teams total. Registrations are now open, and will stay open through Monday, November 24nd at 6pm.
If we have more than 30 teams registered, we will have a random drawing to determine which teams will be invited. It is not first come first serve, but you will need to register before the deadline.
By Friday, November 28th, you will receive the spontaneous problem that your team has been assigned.
You are required to bring all the materials to run your assigned problem six times. You will also need to practice the problem and be very familiar with it in order to score and give feedback to teams.
