My Top 3 Things to MANIFESTING WHATEVER YOU WANTβ¦
Itβs pretty simple.
And also, most people overlook the simple. And thatβs why they struggle.
And not only am I giving you my three top things, Iβm also giving you keys within the video of my internal world that created my success.
So here are my top 3 things to consider:
1. A healthy mindset. Spend more time building yourself up, than tearing yourself down.
2. Move your body. Move the energetics. Because everything is E N E R G Y.
3. Look at your food. Are you consuming dead rotting flesh? Or are you eating living foods that raise your frequency of your vessel?
I always say⦠MANIFESTATION IS A SELF-LOVE JOURNEY.
The more you can do things that fill your cup, the more you have to give, the more you can receive.

And then to be invited by Lonnie Jordan to dance on stage to Galaxy with such incredible LIVE MUSICIANS was a DREAM COME TRUE! π«π«π«π«π«π«π«
And as a freestyle dancer dancing with a live band is the ULTIMATE PRIZE! And Iβm always up for the challenge!
Having to find and listen for the breaks and the nuances in real time is one of the funnest parts of being able to do what I do. I didnβt catch it every time, but thatβs the MAGIC of being present and getting in TUNE with the music.
I woke up this MOREing feeling alive and grateful! ππ½ππ½ππ½

DAY 26 of 90 MIRROR WORK πͺπͺπͺ
There was a moment from the Michael Jackson movie that left such a lasting impression, that I HAD to bring it into my daily mirror practice.
The moment Michael starts to venture off as a solo artist and heβs standing in front of the mic.
Before he started recording, he closed his eyes and said a few affirmations. The one that hit me was when he said, βI am the greatest of all time.β π€―π€―π€―
Can you imagine what your life would be like in 6 months, 1 year, 5, 10, 20 years if you said to yourself YOU ARE THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME?!?!

With that kind of mindset and self belief⦠ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
So I used it today. And I am going to use it everyday for the rest of my life.
I donβt know about you, but Iβm no longer taking a backseat to this Matrix aka The Mirror of Life.

With all of the chaos of the world, itβs okay to just BE.
Thereβs nothing we HAVE to do.
Only things we GET to do.
Today my little Stan wanted to join me in the mirror.
He was relaxed, felt safe, and let out a little π¨ lol.
Yes thereβs a time and a place for action, and then thereβs time to sit still and be at peace.
This Mirror of Life Iβve created is soooooo good. And it just keeps getting better and better.
Just soaking in the love & little surprises today!
