How to speak Korean… even if you “don’t know Korean” 🇰🇷

You don’t actually need more vocabulary.

You need to stop freezing when you don’t know a word.

Most learners do this:
“I don’t know this word → I stop talking”

But confident speakers do this:
“I don’t know this word → I say it a different way”

That’s the difference.

You don’t need perfect Korean to keep speaking. You just need to keep speaking. You will learn the words you WANT to say as time goes on and you get feedback. Stop trying to sound perfect.
Start trying to stay in the conversation.

That’s how fluency actually starts.

You’re thinking:
“Wait… is it 은 or 는 here?”
“Is this 이 or 가??”

And by the time you figure it out…

The moment to speak is gone.

So here’s what I tell my students:

✅If you’re not sure which particle to use, say the sentence anyway
✅If you hesitate, keep talking instead of stopping
✅If it’s “wrong” or slightly awkward..It’s OK. You will learn naturally later by continuing to practice. 💪🏾
