We are a nut-free business and use sunflower seeds and SunButter & Wowbutter as a nut replacement unless otherwise requested. We also offer the following services;

The centerpiece of each of our enrichment programs and classes is focused on teaching educational, hands-on, culinary activities that focus on fun, health, safety, nutrition and teamwork. Because we are mobile, we can run our classes anywhere, classrooms, teacher lounges, even multipurpose rooms. As long as we have a source for electricity and there is a place for the kids to wash their hands, we'll make it work! The Culinary Dude's goal is simple and meaningful: Empower our students with the culinary skills to become self-sufficient and make healthy choices. Our classes are methodically planned out, incorporating state, national and international standards in safety, nutrition and health. The Culinary Dude is a professional educator and chef who writes meaningful lesson plans to maximize positive learning outcomes. Your children are not numbers to us! Unlike other programs who just want your money, our focus is to cater to each child individually, help them where they need improvement and cap our class numbers to keep the class intimate, so your child does not get lost in the masses and feels like they are truly a part of the whole. Cooking Camps
Our hands-on cooking camps will enable kids to find their inner chef. The Culinary Dude has created a wonderful collection of daily menus that the kids will cook themselves. Using the fresh ingredients, fun and interactive cooking techniques, the kids will prepare meals from scratch each day as they learn kitchen and food safety, professional kitchen etiquette, measuring ratios, prep skills, and table manners. In addition to a wide variety of tactile recipes, kids will participate in additional food-related activities. All camps include lunch for all campers. We offer a variety of cooking camps throughout the year with a wide array of themes. We are a nut-free business and use sunflower seeds and SunButter as a nut replacement unless otherwise requested. Current and past facilities where we have taught are; Whole Foods Market Los Altos, San Mateo, Sacramento, Cupertino & Napa, ITK (In The Kitchen) Culinary- Sausalito, Relish Culinary Adventures-Healdsburg , Ramekins-Sonoma, Draeger’s -San Mateo & Menlo Park as well as Chef's Inc. & Katie’s Cooking School in Los Angeles. We have also had the opportunity to work with, SFUSD, Archdiocese of SF, EFBA (French Education Bay Area), YMCA of Marin, San Francisco Ballet, French American International School, Archdiocese of Santa Rosa, Ronald McDonald House-Palo Alto, Ross Parks & Recreation, Gravenstein School District Magnet Program, Santa Clara Library District, Sunnyvale Library System, GLO After School Programs, Foster City PJCC, First 5 California and Stanford’s D School. In addition, our services have been utilized by such companies and businesses as Xobni, Mochi, IABC, Dropbox, Citrix, Trial Pay, MAP Pharmaceutics, IDEO, Cisco, Google and Apple. Finally, actors Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Keanu Reeves, Alex Winter, Tony Goldwyn and Bill Pullman have eaten food prepared by The Culinary Dudes.
