Congratulations, Gabrielle Valenzuela Wolf! 🎓💙 our Gabby Girl! We are so incredibly proud of you! Four years truly flew by at Case Western Reserve University!
Years ago, during a school interview for Kindergarten (yes, you read that right 🙄)a headmaster asked:
“When your daughter goes into the real world, what do you want for her?”
Our answer was clear: a kind, loving, upstanding young woman who is confident in herself and capable of changing the world for the better.
Well, Gabby, that’s exactly what you are - an incredible human being that is sure to continue to impact the world!🌎
Your thoughtfulness, empathy, intellect, curiosity compassion, resilience, and beautiful heart shine so brightly. Walking alongside you as you learn, grow, and blossom into the remarkable young woman you are today has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
Stay curious and open. Keep shining. Keep learning. Keep growing.
We love you beyond words and couldn’t be prouder. Going back to Cali from Clevland for now.❤️

What if there is no finish line?
So many women are rushing toward summer right now… trying to close loops, finish projects, manage everyone’s needs, hold it all together, and finally arrive at some version of relief.
But what if life was never meant to be rushed through just so we could finally “get there”?
I went to yoga this week for my own practice for the first time in two weeks and three things immediately came to mind:
Body.
Balance.
Breath.
The word yoga means “to yoke” or “to unite.”
Union with self.
Union with body.
Union with breath.
Because the quality of your breath impacts the quality of your presence.
What we ignore in the body eventually speaks louder.
And balance is not something we achieve once — it is something we continuously return to.
Maybe the goal isn’t to race toward the next season.
Maybe the practice is learning to actually be here for this one.
If you’re needing a reset, release, grounding, clarity, or simply space to reconnect with yourself…

Here’s to the mother within us all…and so it is… 🤍
This Mother’s Day, I invite you to be the most honest YOU — stop pretending you’re “fine.” This week I woke up in a funk and finally sat with my emotions instead of bypassing them. Sad? Mad? Glad? Naming it helped me realize I was grieving my mother and sister and missing them deeply in the physical world. 😔
Inside my community this week, we talked about feeling our feelings and asking for what we WANT. It felt important…because it is.
STOP trying to be the good girl.START asking for what you want.
As the mother of three beautiful girls — Gabby (22), Lexi (20), and CiCi (14) — I’ve learned women don’t need more pressure to be perfect. We need more truth. More joy. More rest. More play. More permission to take up space.
So this Mother’s Day:Order the dessert.Take the nap.Say no without explanation.Receive the compliment.Stop apologizing for having needs.
To my girls — thank you for teaching me as much as I’ve taught you. 🙏And to my Mom and sisters… thank you for the love and strength that shaped me.
Here’s to the women learning that being fully expressed is far more powerful than being “good.” 🤍
Be Well. Do Well.

Friends!
I returned from one of the most magical trips…
and if I’m being honest—also one of the most activating and disregulating.
In and out of cities, emotions high, beauty everywhere…
and yet my body was still trying to catch up.
Because here’s the truth:
Even the most beautiful experiences can dysregulate the nervous system.
We’ve learned how to go.
We’ve learned how to achieve.
But we haven’t always learned how to come home.
And no matter where you travel…
you still have to come home.
Not just to your house—
but to your body.
And this time of year especially…
with transitions, celebrations, graduations, movement—
there’s a lot happening.
So if you’ve been feeling a little off, overwhelmed, or disconnected…
you’re not alone.
The shift doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from coming back.
You need to allow your body catch up to your life.
If this resonates… this is your sign.

I’m heading to The 2.0 Conferences this April and looking forward to conversations that will offer fresh perspectives on how things are evolving across education, healthcare, business, leadership, and tech. Not just what’s trending, but what’s truly changing and what that means for how we build, lead, and create going forward.
Hoping to meet like-minded professionals at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino from April 7–9, 2026. If you’re attending, let’s connect! 🚀
