A working mom of two beautiful girls! She is proof that putting yourself first doesn’t make you selfish. 🥹
Her transformation brings me to tears every time I hear it. I’m so grateful to women like her who trusted the process and allowed me into their lives. She embodies everything that Metamorphosis stands for. I couldn’t be more proud.

March, ILY 🥹💚
I can’t even believe this is the life I get to live. Looking back on this month brings me so much joy and love.
I FU***NG RAN THE LA MARATHON..WHAAAT?! 🏁
Spent time with the people I love most. ♥️
Got back into lifting. 🏋🏽♀️
Drank lots and lots of iced coffee lol ☕️
Closed out another successful Metamorphosis cohort 🦋
Kept running with my fave crew .runclub 🏃🏽♀️
And picked up my wedding dress 🥹
I love my life!!! And everyone in it ✨

11 years in the game and this still lights a fire in my heart. 💖
Teaching group classes was how I got my start in fitness. It’s where I’ve been able to make beautiful connections. It’s where I feel the most connected to my highest self.
Saturday I felt just that. I am so grateful for and for inviting me for be part of the “she heals through movement” event. Such a magical day with magical women ! ✨
