Second hand toys and books are a great way to save money and give new life to items that are often like new.

Puzzles and games are great second hand items. You can even get together with friends to trade items your kids no once find joy in.

Used book stores and libraries are a good place to pick up books in fabulous condition for a fraction of the price.

With kid’s interests changing all the time, swapping on your local Buy Nothing Group or with family and friends is a great way to cut costs while leaving a smaller imprint on our planet.

Here is a super simple tip for making breakfast or snack time fun. 🍦 Pop a frozen waffle in the toaster and cut it into a triangle to look like a waffle cone. Add sliced banana, whipped cream, and top with a cherry. Sprinkles or h**p seeds are fun too! 🍌🍒
