My daily intention is to read “Wherever You Go, There You Are” by Jon Kabat-Zinn. The founder of mindfulness – based stress reduction (MBSR). I wanted to share this quote from the book because I think it is relevant to all issues in our lives. To be aware of our actions can help move towards what we want. *To understand with compassion*💜 It is a practice and I stumble often. It doesn’t come naturally but I have seen growth through it . is one of the best ways to gain -writing, voice notes, or art. Find out what works for you.
