I completely lost my voice recently. It wasn't from illness and it happened literally in a matter of hours!

I had never lost my voice in my life. Not once.

This is a completely new experience for me and at first, I was really baffled by it all. I tried different remedies and concoctions and nothing and I mean NOTHING worked.

I had no choice but to be quiet and still. The more I moved about, tried to talk or go about things as "normal", my throat would cause me to have coughing attacks. This FORCED me to be QUIET and STILL.

The more I slowed down, the better things got. Just today, I've started to regain a small bit of sound, but still nothing significant.

During all this QUIET STILLNESS, I've come to realize and appreciate the importance of LISTENING. As an active person, I'm always on the go and being idle isn't really me.

The past several days have been quite eye-opening. I knew 2024 was a period of foundation-shifting for me, on every level, but I wasn't quite sure how to go about it - until recently.

In order to figure that out, I had to LISTEN to LEARN (as the quote from Thomas Jefferson says). I couldn't "HEAR" with all my own background noise.

I love how the universe works :)

Right now, I just need to surround myself with people who truly care about me. If that means cutting out a lot of connections, then so be it.

I don't think there's a person on the planet who can say that 2023 was a breeze. That's because it has been a year of shedding, "death"/transformation, shaking up foundations, stripping us bare of the Ego self in order to allow us to move into higher frequencies.

The time has finally come to make the Shift into the New Earth energies of 5D (5th Dimensional Existence).

Some of the signs you're ready to move into 5D life:

1. You don't hold the same thoughts/beliefs about materialism or money (may be yearning for a more simplistic and/or meaningful life).

2. Depression or "Dark Night of the Soul" is a telltale sign your Ego is being shed and you may go through phases, in and out of this state (especially this year).

3. Vivid or lucid dreaming. Watch your dreams carefully because as we get closer to making the shift, there will be messages galore in your dreams as the spiritual realm is able to break through the physical much more easily.

4. You may find yourself alone at this time in your life. Friends, family, significant others who no longer resonate with your frequency level will naturally step away from you. You can also no longer tolerate negativity on any level.

5. Toxic substances: There is a huge move away from things like alcohol, drugs, junk foods and an urge to cleanse our physical bodies. You may even find times when you want to eat less.

These are just some of the signs you're moving away from the old 3D Dimension and closer to the 5th Dimensional Vibration of LOVE.
