On such a cold LA night, it’s so great to be testing this lovely, warm recipe from our new 2025 Spring-Summer Menu. White Brans with Tomatoes and Spinach. We will be serving at room temp when the weather warms. Come cook with us!

No partridge or tree last night but lots of pears for these Pear Tart Tatins. We served them with whipped Crème Fraiche spike with Frangelico. Lovely ending to a holiday meal for my clients from Netflix 🎄🎅🎄
