From Stressed to Blessed pt.2

The first step to start making change to move away from stress is AWARENESS 👁️

Whats causing the stress and how does it affect your thoughts, beliefs, creativity, productivity, or efficiency?

CHECK OUT THIS POST FOR SOME WAYS TO START RELIEVING YOUR STRESS!

We need to identify the root causes of the stress and the only way to do that is through introspection. Nowadays it seems like we’re mistaking the symptoms for root causes! 🤒

For example, your stress may be that your house is disorganized, while the root of that stress may be that you feel your family doesn’t value and support your efforts.

Take time to be mindful of the long term impact of normalising your stress.

From Stressed to Blessed pt.1 ✨

This discomfort can be a launchpad for success because more often than not, it courageously moves us towards change

The crux of that change is in our perspective.
To understand that all we got is right NOW. This moment.

Only the amount of time and energy invested in the present can impact your perspective of the past and change your future.

We’re not meant to live with stress. We’re meant to appreciate the blessing that is life.

Comment BLESSED if you agree!

Be the support you wish to receive pt.2 🫂

If you are not receiving the support you need, you’re probably looking in all the wrong places... or not communicating it in all the right places.

You will find true support in those who vibrate on your frequency. If you’re begging for it from a specific someone, I hate to break it to you.. they aint for you and its time to start accepting, less expecting and more connecting with those on your level.

Tag a friend to let them know you’re there for them all the way!!!!💜

B Grateful, B Great pt.1

If you’re stuck in a space where you just keep focusing on lack, scarcity, being or having less than then trust me its time to switch things up… it starts with gratitude.

I remember being in my coaching program and they asked us how wealthy are you? Not how RICH. How WEALTHY! The things money can’t buy… That day I realised just how wealthy and abundant my life truly is.

When you focus on lack and what you don’t have, you invite more of that energy in. Guess what happens when you focus on what you do have? CHECK THIS POST OUT FOR THE ANSWER!

Comment I AM GRATEFUL if you’re ready to shift your life around from less than to MORE THAN!!!
