IEEE Membership With more than 400,000 members (including students) in more than 160 countries, the IEEE is the largest technology professional society.

On this day in 1951, ENIAC inventors J. Presper Eckert and John Mauchly unveil the UNIVAC I (UNIVersal Automatic Computer I), the world's first commercial computer. Weighing in at 7.3 metric tons, a single computer unit occupied 400 square feet of floor space and could perform 1,905 operations per second on a 2.25 MHz clock.

Electrical Section Study Session lectured by Dr. Agarwal it will be held in room A126 in the ECST Building from 9-3 p.m. Dr. Agarwal will lecture in Control Systems and some Power will be covered as well. Good Morning!! Everyone, we will have a small General Meeting tomorrow Tuesday Feb. 21, 2017 Rm. C251 from 3p.m. - 4p.m. and discuss our plans for 2017, this includes our new Power Project. Best.
