Empower HER
Empower HER serves to increase the attendance of school girls in impoverished communities of Belize by providing education and products for menstruation.
EmpowerHER is a student-initiated organization that combines service and health education to increase young school girl attendance. We began our efforts in San Victor, where young girls skip or or drop out school because they lack proper knowledge and resources to manage menstruation. We will have women and non-binary people of color vendors/artists, live performances, yoga, free food, prizes, and more!
