Stop ignoring what your body is telling you when…

🛑You are in a space that doesn’t feel right

🚫When the energy of others is speaking loudly

⛔️When you are sacrificing too much of yourself

⭕️When you are under appreciated

❌When your cup is empty

🚫When your voice is retreating

🆘When all you notice is numb

Your body will know, it will feel it, before you register it in your thoughts.

Are you listening?

This is one of the greatest lessons I’ve learned in my healing journey that helped me to embrace being a strong leader in my own life. It’s one of those foundational pieces that used even in the smallest ways shifts everything for the better. And it’s a tool I teach in my coaching.
