I have the best workout partner ever, simple mat, few lifting weights and determination 🤗 Like I said before, my lifestyle is very busy, I barely ever sit down during the day, I am always “running”. I appreciate all the comments about how well I look during pregnancy. There is no secret, just movement , drinking water and eating healthy 👍

Kids love this repeat after me rhyme. Don’t forget to show each action. This rhyme is very useful for kindergartners while learning the sound “a” as well.

Teach body boundries to your children, it’s so so important! Teach them about their private parts and that they MUST always speak up if something feels wrong. Start from now and protect your Little One.
