My mission is simple...Support, Motivate, and Inspire by sharing my struggle with Binge Eating Disorder, teaching others my strategy along the way.

When you want to be successful at something, you find someone achieving the results you want, and you mimic what they are doing. I've struggled with BED since I was a child, I've taken every pill, used every cream, done every fad diet... NOTHING STUCK... Until now! I was vegan as a size 1X when I started WW on 1/16/16, and I've been maintaining a size 0/2 since 3/2017. And guess what, I don't live

Goal weight/size: 135 lbs: size 4 (1/20/17) ----kept going
Current maintaining weight/size: 126-128 lbs: size 0/2

People who say “time heals all wounds” have never truly loved. Four years gone and I still can’t speak of Maggie without crying. So no, time will never heal the pain I feel without my baby girl. I would do anything to kiss that belly again, smooch your cheeks, nibble your little freeto feet. You’re the only reason death doesn’t scare me. I’ll be with you again… sweet Maggie.

Happy New Year’s! In case you didn’t hear, I’m about 10 pounds up, I’m on the road taking it off. Down about 2 pounds, up for the last week of vacation lol I’ll flatten out when I get home this weekend. Stay safe!

I cannot be more proud of my city for coming together when nature has torn us apart part. HUGE thanks to and , for coming to our aid. LA, your endless support to victims of the fire is a true reflection of what we do when our city is attacked. LA is NOT fake, we are strong, we are family. Not even a fire can take that from us.
Huge thanks you to SF, Idaho, Arizona, Oregon, and SO many more for coming to our rescue. We can not do this without you all 🙏🏻
