1) long term changes are best created via small focused habits
2) people underestimate what they can do with the right effort, strategy, and mentorship
3) your life only changes though action and there are proven ways to keep you in effect action

There are so many people out there that say they're going to do something but never follow up. Most of us have fallen into this category at some point in time. Every day we should ask ourselves "did what I do today demonstrate who I want to become tomorrow?"

Some people hesitate to take action towards big goals because it might take them 1, 5, 10 or even 20 years to accomplish. But what they don't realize is that it's not just about the goal. The real prize is who you become in process of attaining your goal. Don't settle for the point of your life being a paycheck.

Thoughts can be a crazy thing sometimes. If your struggling with negative thoughts it pays dividends to rethink a negative thought as an empowering thought. Over time you'll replace the weeds in you mind with strong thought trees that one day will support your desires.
