Here are a few facts that you may or may not know about 🍆 size!

The data tells us that when it comes to AVERAGE sizes, we're talking:
3.5" when flaccid
5.1" when erect
90% of 🍆 are between 4-6 inches

The data ALSO tells us there's NO documented link between size and:
- height (though weight may play a role)
- muscular structure
- race
- ethnicity
- s*xual orientation.

SPREAD FACTS, NOT STEREOTYPES!

"Media makes women feel like sh*t about themselves" is knowledge as common as ci******es being bad for you.

But most of us have a heck of a lot more understanding about why ci******es are bad for us than why media is damaging.

Which is why I find this study out of Fiji to be so powerful (read: heartbreaking).

Take some time right now and go through your social media.

Any account that makes you feel bad about yourself?
Unfollow.
Unsubscribe.
Or even mute, if you need to.

Remove any content that will tempt you to start talking negatively about yourself.

The remote is in your hands, friends.♥️

📚 "The S*x You Want" is available in paperback, audiobook, and e-book wherever you get your books!

There's this idea that folks who practice polyamory (or other types of ENM) are afraid of commitment or intimacy.

But the research paints a different story.

It tells us that people who are currently engaging in ENM are actually LESS likely to be avoidantly attached than people in monogamous relationships.

Why?

It's believed that folks in ENM relationships and secure individuals share a few things in common, specifically: they "report similar relationship qualities, including high levels of trust, honesty, intimacy, and relationship satisfaction as well as low levels of jealousy..."

The (digital) ink is finally dry and I can let the tiger out of the bag and scream: I SIGNED A BOOK DEAL!!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As my agent Laura Yorke says: books always have a way of finding their home. During my meeting with my (now) editor at Sourcebooks, I legit blurted out, "I think you're my soul mate"
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you know, you know. And I know a group of badass trailblazing women when I see one.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sourcebooks is the largest female-owned book publisher in North America, and pride themselves on NOT doing things "just because they've always been done this way."
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Which is exactly why I'm writing this book: to change the conversation around s*x and intimacy. To step down from the ivory tower and share stories of real women (myself included) as a way to dissolve shame and boost empowerment. To give a comprehensive and no-nonsense guide with clear action steps.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, the real work begins: finishing the remainder of my 75,000 word manuscript and submitting it by February of 2023, with a projected publication date in early 2024 (publishing is a long process!).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I want to give a huge thanks to all of you for being here and sharing in my journey. If you'd like more juicy updates on how it's going (eg, the final title of the book, which the publishing team is working on right now!), sign up for my weekly Love Notes e-mail (link in bio).

We throw around the word "foreplay" as this umbrella term to encompass all of the activity that happens before in*******se.
This implies that in*******se is the main event, and that everything before it is just somehow incidental. A formality. Less-than.
We are labeling in*******se (which typically "ends" with a man's or**sm) as being the holy grail of the s*xual experience, rather than one portion of it! This is problematic because most women don't or**sm during in*******se. Our pleasure then becomes incidental. A formality. Less-than.
What if we got rid of the term foreplay all together?
Share if you're in favor!

♥️✨Client Spotlight!✨♥️⠀
J and I just wrapped our fourth week together.
She was in a great space to begin with when we started: s*xually adventurous, invested in herself, and comfortable in her own skin.
But there was a missing piece, and we've found it!
Are you having trouble bringing everything together?
Comment ♥️below or DM me, "I'm ready." I'll ask you a few questions to see if you're a good match from the Shameless coaching program.

When I was obtaining my coaching certification, one of the instructors asked us to complete a visualization exercise. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"Close your eyes and imagine you're in the middle of Times Square. You look up at a billboard, and see the *one* message you wish the world could see. What is it?"⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My message appeared instantly: You deserve great s*x.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What does your billboard say? Drop a comment below.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
